This terms and conditions document forms a binding legal agreement between babubb ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member").

• "Platform" refers to the babubb.cam website and all its services.
• "User" refers to any person who has registered with or uses the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered profile.
• "Funds" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) deposited into the account.

These terms apply to all users in Bangladesh. They do not apply to any third-party sites or services.

Membership at babubb is completely free. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be accurate.
• You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login information confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• The platform may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
• Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

babubb is a gaming platform exclusively for adults.

• The minimum age to register and play on this platform is 21 years.
• Account creation or use by minors is strictly prohibited.
• If it is proven that a registered member is under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.
• The right to use the platform belongs only to those for whom online gaming is legally permitted in their own jurisdiction.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The name used for the payment method must match the name on the registered account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawals are processed in 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.
• The platform reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if any unusual transaction is detected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳6,000 → Maximum ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳11,000.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10 times (10x).
• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bonuses may only be used to place bets on specific games.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation.
• babubb reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified period, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

All betting and gaming activities on babubb are governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, the result of that round will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• Cricket betting may include BPL, IPL, T20, and ICC tournaments.
• Odds in sports betting may change — the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final.
• Bets will not be accepted on an event after its result has been announced.
• The rules of game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi also apply.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network disconnection, the data saved on the server will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the babubb platform and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to win through fraud, deception, or dishonest means.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or funds of suspicious origin.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs and concealing such an advantage.
• Colluding with other members to place bets.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Using another member's login credentials.
• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.

babubb believes gaming is for entertainment — not addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Set a weekly or monthly budget for yourself and stick to it.
• Never play with money you cannot afford to lose.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, contact our support immediately.
• Members may request limits on their own account or apply for self-exclusion at any time.
• Playing by anyone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.

babubb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.

• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).

A member may also request closure of their account at any time. In that case, any verifiable balance will be returned, but bonus funds will be cancelled.

• Due to delays or errors by third-party payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• If the user's login credentials fall into someone else's hands.
• In the event of an unexpected natural disaster or force majeure situation.

babubb always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform, however financial compensation cannot be provided in the cases mentioned above.

• If any significant changes are made to the terms and conditions, members will be notified via email or through a notice on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions are published will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree with the new terms, you may request to close your account.
